Solly Gubbay : Managing Partner
Solly who founded the practice, has more than 20 years' experience in the French property market. After an initial work experience on the financial markets at Merrill Lynch in London, Solly was appointed Investment director at Feau Hampton and then Director of Investments at BNP Paribas Real Estate where he worked for many years. He was also appointed Managing Director of Keops (Nexity group). Throughout his career, Solly has placed billions of Euros with French and International investors. Solly holds a Bsc (Econ) Hons from the London School of Economics and Political Science, is both a chartered surveyor and member of SIOR.
Charles Tatham : Consultant
Active for the last 24 years in commercial real estate, Charles began his career in Paris with Weatheralls before becoming a managing partner at Savills. He founded his own business in 2004, one of the few companies specialising in « tenant representation » , and advised Cable and Wireless, Medtronic, AIRBNB, Mozilla… Charles holds a Ba (Hons) from Oxford in Languages, and is both a chartered surveyor MRICS and member of SIOR.
